Julie Cowan is an artist living outside of Chicago.

Working in printmaking and drawing, she creates unique works on paper. Paper lithography is her selected printing technique. She often applies layers of pencil, ink, pastel and/or watercolor to these original works. Her first printing experience was in Prague, at Lithography Studio Svoboda.
